Corporations can have a detrimental effect on the environment if they do not implement sustainable supply chains. These supply chains, however, can be costly to implement and may require significant overturning of well-established and profitable systems. This paper examines companies adopting sustainable supply chains, analysing trends in the challenges, solutions, technologies, and benefits companies encounter when implementing these systems.
