By using this alongside our expertise in data analytics and machine learning we aim to enable in-process optimisation for cycle time, for part quality, or for energy efficiency, all for different material set-ups.

Omnifactory® has developed and applied new techniques for data analysis which can be utilised in manufacturing environments.

This first of these is based on data-driven reconfigurable manufacturing, which can adjust productivity capability and functionality.

Omnifactory® optimises Edge technology as an enabler of highly responsive manufacturing systems.

Data generated on the shop floor cannot be leveraged without the appropriate infrastructure to collect and analyse it.

Edge technology provides the possibility to collect and analyse data right where it is generated and provide fast response to AI applications.

Omnifactory® has created Manufacturing Apps which are software solutions that implement some control or analysis of a manufacturing process or equipment in a modular way, by separating digital from physical implementations, and allowing for the replacement or addition of capabilities.
