With 900,000 SKU locations across 300,000 bins and 370 robots our automated distribution facility is the third largest Autostore globally.

Our investment in automation and network efficiencies has delivered substantial benefits for the end consumer, reducing our order to delivery speed by 53% between 2020 and 2023 whilst also delivering savings for our clients through a material operational cost reduction of over 12% in 2023. Cult Beauty migrated their fulfilment operations to THG Fulfil’s automated warehouse in 2022 delivering annualized savings of >£9m, alongside significant improvements in service, driving higher customer satisfaction. £9m saved annually due to >40% lower fulfilment cost per unit, removal of fixed costs, removal of 3rd party licenses and leveraging THG Fulfil’s courier partners. Extending the client’s NDD cut off time by +5.5hours, through increased automation fulfilment speed. Average delivery time reduced by 65% through improved warehouse processing speeds.
